Sandles Car Supermarket

My experience at Sandles Car Supermarket was memorable because that sales lady Gina was excellant and very helpful from start to pick up.Gina was very informative and friendly throughout our visits,we chatted about other general things aswell very lovely lady only wanted to deal with her for the buying of our new vehicle.

I'd endorse Sandles Car Supermarket because although I went to pick up my new car , I was informed that, as a courtesy they had changed the front brake discs and pads, which was an added bonus. However less than an hour later and a few miles away from the dealership, I was forced to pull over with smoke issuing and an acrid smell coming from the near side front wheel. This turned out to be a seized brake calliper , which was a bit of a surprise on a recently serviced vehicle. I immediately called Sandles and invoked their 3000 mile or 3 month warranty ( luckily 20 miles and 1 hour fell within my warranty period). Within an hour they had sent somebody out to take the vehicle and provide me with a courtesy car. I used this for several days until my repaired vehicle was delivered to my house complete with yet another set of discs and pads and a new calliper, all free of charge. Not a good start but Sandles took ownership of the problem and rectified it speedily and at their expense. No hint of wriggling out of the issue and I’ll be happy to deal with them again.

My experience at Sandles Car Supermarket was memorable because it was non pressurised while viewing the car and you could wander the site viewing all the cars with out being chased about. Lloyd was excellent giving us time to view and test drive and made the whole process easy. Everything well explained and buying was an enjoyable stress free experience. At the time of this survey I would say we would def use Lloyd and sandles again.
